I would just like to
thank the Committee and all those present at the Show for making it such a

from the day and am looking forward to putting that new knowledge into
practice.

dog very happy personality, good head, well spread ribs, nice short loin, ideal
weight for age, moved round the ring with purpose BVIS

the ring, no doubt will mature into a lovely dog.

Class 4 – Junior Dog (2:0)
1.
Rackett’s Islanza Spotless Duck – Neat young dog who very much caught
my eye, Balanced head good eye, neat low set ears, with good angulations and
well boned, would like a bit more weight on him as he matures, and he must be
better behaved in ring or he will lose places in future.
2.
Luckett-Roynon’s Solva Vasil – Tall young man,
developing well. Has a nice head and good reach of neck. Correct top line and
good spring of rib. Outgoing personality and moved with enthusiasm around the

bright future.

slightly dominant feature until he matures further and gains some more weight,
when the overall balance will be good. Well set shoulders good bone, short
loin, nice neat paws moved well around the ring.
2.
Luckett-Roynon’s Solva Giorgio – A lovely dog who could have won the class

lovely balanced head, soft expression good bone and an exuberant manner.

1.
Ritchie & Tindal’s Slapestones Eros JW –
High quality dog, who I love and have placed highly before, well balanced

front and rear, short loin which I prefer. Moved around the ring all day with
drive and a happy manner. Well presented and has gained weight from last time I
saw him which gives him a much better finish. BD BOS just lost out to 2 more
mature bitches.
2.
Stone’s Stedigan
Pipers Piping – Slightly taller than 1 but still well balanced overall. Good
head, well set ears, chiseling under the eyes, well boned throughout, good top
line, coat in excellent condition rich in colour. Moved round the ring with
purpose and drive a very fit boy.
3.
Luckett-Roynon’s Solva Giorgio

Gills’ Brenros Take
Me Right Round – A lovely example of a WSS, wonderful head, soft expressive
eyes, good reach of neck well set shoulders and a barreled chest and ribs, good
angulations throughout, and has what can only be described as lashings of coat.
2.
Wright’s Amblelight
Alioth – Balanced head with well shaped and coloured
eyes, well boned throughout, correct top line and proper angulations front and
rear, good tail set, moved well but not entirely happy, leant backwards when
stacked which did spoil outline.

Salt’s Lux Ch Islanza Oh Boy – My surprise of the show, hadn’t really
noticed him before but what a quality boy he is. Nice neat size which was what

reach of neck, nice cobby loin, good rear angulations, moved with drive and
showed off a happy personality as she moved around ring.
2.
Dixon’s Menstonia
Fair Chance – Good looking bitch obviously still very much fit for purpose,
good head, slightly shorter neck. Good bone and correct angulations take care

1.
Greenway’s Ferndel

More mature than 2nd which won it on day. Lovely head good reach of
neck, lovely angulations correct top line good width to the rib cage lovely
short loin, moved with drive and purpose, obviously good temperament by the way
it savagely licked its owner before start of class. BPIS one to watch for
future.
2.
Whiteman’s Bowdonia
Carmen – Didn’t realise until looking at catalogue after show that they were
litter sisters which explains why it wasn’t an easy choice, but it was just
down to maturity. She has a wonderful expression, good bone good angulations
front and rear. She will no doubt mature at her own pace and will push her
sister hard in the future
Class 16 – Junior
Bitch (3:1)
1.
Graham & Denwood’s
Lyndfil Zazu – Lovely bitch
who I have placed highly in the past. She is very neat and feminine good neck
which flows in to well set shoulders, good angulations front and rear, lovely
top line, ideally coated. Moved well in all classes. I understand from the hug
I got from the owner after Judging, that with later results she qualified for
her JW at the show.
2.
Graham & Denwood’s
Lyndfil Zira – Littler
sister to 1 and her first show. She has many of the attributes to her sister
but just not quite to the same quality.

Buckwell’s Rosolly You’ve Got The Love
Class 20 - Post
Graduate Bitch (10:2)
1.
Madeley’s Barhi Flaming Star – A strong class but felt that this
bitch was best balanced throughout and neatest in shape. Good quality head
which won it over 2nd nice neck, well made shoulders good bend of
stifle, correct top line, she has a quality coat without it being over the top,
was handled better than I have seen in the past which made a big difference.
2.

Jones’ Pennylock Sioned at Trosley
Class 22 – Open Bitch
(3:1)
1.
Sutherland’s Julita
Rezanella of Jacranella – A
bitch who I have always liked and battled against regularly with my own. She
has a lovely head with a very feminine expression, well boned with correct
angulations throughout, well bodied with good ribs. She can be an absolute diva
at times but today she seemed happy so moved positively and with drive
throughout and this also meant that she looked good in outline when stacked. BB
BIS
2.
Jennings’ Gemill
Electra for Vanojen
Class 23 – Special
Beginners Bitch (4:1)
1.
Watson’s Welingerhill
Garden Tiger of Hillpark – Balanced bitch, with a
nice head a good stop and a soft expression. Had good bone throughout. Was
shorter than 2nd which was main reason for win. Had well shaped ribs
short muscular loin, coat was in good condition but needs less round neck,
shoulders as it can make it look a bit stuffy.
2.
Bruce’s Doubilly Serens Lourie – Taller girl, good
head, well shaped eye. Has a nice length of neck which also needs a bit more
trimmed out of it. Good bone and strong rib cage. Very fit animal possibly
needed a few more pounds for purposes of showing.
3.
Nowak’s Catjack
Diva
Class 24 – Good
Citizen Dog Scheme Bitch (9:1)
1.
Abbott’s Norlington
Nectar JW ShCM – A high quality bitch who I was delighted
to see. She has markings on her head that deceive but when you go over it, it
actually is balanced. She has a good length of neck and is well boned with a
high quality finish to her coat that won her the class. She has a good bend of
stifle and lovely short rear pasterns and moved with purpose. My toughest
decision was for top bitch on the day she was RBB & RBIS another day who
knows.
2.
Barkley’s Cherryheath’s
Miss Chief JW – Another quality bitch, good overall shape head correctly
proportioned with a soft expressive eye. Good reach of neck set in powerful
shoulders. Good ribs and lovely short loin correct top line well set tail.
